Timeless Palates Wines was founded in 2005 after repeated trips to the Santa Barbara County wine country. After tasting the wines for over three years professionally, and then visiting the winemakers and the places we loved, we felt it was time to get our hands dirty.

"Timeless Palates," means palates that are partial to the great classic and timeless wines of the world. For this reason we are only making wines that possess those qualities. Wines that bear our name are elegant, perfectly balanced, great with food, and long to finish. While the great old world wine regions of Burgundy, Bordeaux, and the Rhône are our benchmarks, we also must be true to the places where we purchase our fruit.

"Sommelier in a bottle," is a term we use when talking about Timeless Palates. The driving force behind Timeless Palates is a professionally trained sommelier who has been tasting wines and consulting diners on their wine and food pairings for many years and countless meals. With this experience each wine is crafted to be wonderfully food friendly.
