For our fourth release (spring 2008), we have added a number of different vineyard sources to the lineup including two additional Santa Barbara County Pinot Noirs. We have continued to source only the highest quality fruit from the very best vineyards and this year is no exception. One of the Pinots comes from the Cargasacchi Jalama vineyard which sits just outside of Lompoc. Peter Cargasacchi is considered one of the best Pinot Noir growers in California. We have also added a Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir from a high altitude vineyard called Calmant Creek which yields deep, rich, and intense fruit. These wines join the already stunning lineup which includes Chardonnay from the Bien Nacido vineyard, Pinot Noir from the Le Bon Climat vineyard, and Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Santa Barbara Highlands vineyard.
