Timeless Palates Wine, La Fenetre
 Sommelier in a Bottle

Welcome to Timeless Palates and La Fenêtre.

The last of the 2008 spring release was finally shipped and we have excitedly sold out yet again. We need to make more wine! We will be updating the website soon with links to all of the great press we have received and the list of restaurants and limited retailers that carry our wine. That way, when you have a craving for La Fenêtre you will not have to wait for the next release! Stay tuned for more information on two exciting projects we will be releasing in the next nine months... Tête Brûlée, and La Fenêtre À Côté.

In the tradition of the Burgundian negociant, all of Timeless Palates Wine's grapes are purchased from vineyards with exacting standards and extremely high quality. The terroir of the central coast is unmistakable, and the wines from this region possess intense flavor and unique character.

Our wines are available in some great restaurants across California. You can order some at Providence, Campanile, and J Lounge in Los Angeles as well as Bistro 767 in Rolling Hills Estates, a local favorite! You can also find them at Geisha House in Hollywood, Michaels in Santa Monica, Spago and Enoteca Drago in Beverly Hills, Sona, Bastide, Lucques, and AOC in West Hollywood, Chez Melange and Friends of the Vine both in Redondo, and L'Opera in Long Beach. In San Francisco, our wines grace the wine lists at Michael Mina, Nectar Wine Lounge, Zuni Cafe, and Boulevard. You can also drink them at Arterra, Market, Addison, and Candela's which are all in San Diego. If you need a quick fix try Wally's Wine and Spirits in Westwood!

We love the wines of this region, and the 2006 vintage is no exception. Sign up for our mailing list so that you can have a chance to buy some of our extremely limited wines!

Cheers!

Artistic expression is the window to a person's soul. Winemaking is art, our window, and a great reason to raise another glass. Cheers!
